Old buildings. New buildings. The "evolution" of architectural design down south. I might also feature our chapter organization here in Socsksargen, including the names of the members, and probably some of their works too. Some architectural updates and tips, and procedures when applying for a building permit. Sometimes, we neglect small things that may result to us going back and forth to the City Engineer's Office which in turn doubles our effort and wastes our time and money.
